PEAK SEASON :
Holidays and the months of June, July, August,

Extended stay:
$500 Allows check out to be moved to 5PM instead
of 10AM
This can also be applied to Check in, 10AM

Pricing for events or larger guest
counts:
$15 a day per
person over the age of 2
This is for a guest only
attending during the day for events or
functions.
This fee also allows for guest overnight use of
grounds ie;
campsites, pre arrangement of RV (No Hook ups)
or cabin use
Dry cabin: $60 or 4 per
person fees
"$20 surcharge for propane" This will give the
option of heat and light
Rentals:
$1000 30X60 (1800sqft)
canopy tent. This includes set up and tear down.
It is set up on main lawn directly behind lodge
and is used for reception dinners
or other outdoor functions.

Policies:

$250 cleaning fee.

All reservations are made in advance with a 50% deposit plus $350 damage deposit.

final payment is made in full 2 weeks prior to stay

3% credit use fee will be applied when using credit card for payment

Holidays are a three night minimum.
